ZSL IS COMING BACK!!!

ZSL BACK ON 17TH AUGUST 2019

The Zambian Super League has been scheduled to kick off on 17th August 2019 with the seasons Opening Samuel ‘Zoom’ Ndhlovu Charity Shield Final to be played a week earlier 10th August 2019.
The fixtures will be out this month and almost all the teams are already gearing up in anticipation for the upcoming season which will be played in two calendar years for the first time in Zambia’s History.
Also, the CAF Champions league and the CAF Confederation Cup will too kick off next month with all the four Zambia’s representative in camp already.
Green Eagles FC are already in high gear as they are taking part at the ongoing CECAFA Kagame Cup in Rwanda were they are facing up with Kenyan Giants Goh Mahia at quarter final stage.
They will be taking part in the Champions League for the first time after winning stream B in the transitional season.
Zesco United FC who won the double in the transitional season have doing their usual training in Ndola but they are expected to make a trip out of the country anytime soon to booster their preseason.
For the Confederations Cup envoys, Zanaco are already in Chipata were they have set up a ten day preseason camping with day one being yesterday Monday 15th August 2019.
Their fellow participant Buildcon FC resumed training yesterday in Ndola and they are yet to issue their plans for preseason camping.
