U20 AFCON GLORY ON THE HORIZON

The junior Chipolopolo will begin their hunt for AFCON glory, a feat achieved by the 2017 cohort, tomorrow (Tuesday) against Benin in a match that will kick off at 19:00hrs and will be broadcast live on SuperSport. The next match will be against The Gambia and group proceedings will end with a match against Tunisia on February 27 in Cairo.

The top two teams will qualify to the quarterfinals where the mammoth task of qualifying to the semi-finals rests, a berth at the semi-final guarantees qualification to the FIFA World Cup in Indonesia, therefore, the Junior Chipolopolo have all to play for as they aim to be the third cohort to make it to the World Cup,with the previous being the 2007 and 2017 cohort.
