Official: Bazo banned as FAZ continue discplinary spree.

Nkana forward Alex ‘Bazo’ Ngonga has been banned for the rest of the season by the FAZ DC. He has also been slapped a fine of K25,000 to be paid within seven(7) days.

This follows an incident from the week 14 Kitwe derby vs Power Dynamos when the striker expressed his frustration on a pitch side Super Sport broadcast microphone upon being substituted.

Bazo has been Nkana’s top scorer in the super league so far this season with 4 goals to his name as the team from Wusakile will be looking to replace their main scoring outlet for the rest of the season. They’ve so far managed to score only 12 goals in 17 games this season having parted ways with the likes of Ronald Kampamba who signed with Solwezi outfit Kansanshi Dynamos.

Ngonga however has the right to appeal the descision.
