Inspector General of Police Lemmy Kajoba has challenged Nkwazi Football Club to stamp their authority of flying high in the 2021/22 MTN Super League.

Speaking when he paid a visit to Nkwazi FC Wednesday morning, IG Kajoba said the club was in for a nice surprise if they finish the league on a higher.

“Impress me in the last six games and I will surprise you,” the jovial sounding top cop challenged the team.

During Wednesday’s training session, the Inspector General of Police interacted with the team and had a lengthy closed door meeting with the players.

Currently, the Zambia Police outfit sit on 12th position in the 18-team table.

A mixed bag of results prompted police command to express concern and put in measures to ensure that the club gets back on track.

Among the measures include the appointment of former Power Dynamos coach Tenant Chilumba to the team’s hierarchy as the Technical Director in order to help bring positive results.
