Silkeborg IF is a Danish professional football club based in Silkeborg, Denmark. The club was founded in 1917 and currently competes in the Danish Superliga, the top tier of Danish football. Silkeborg IF has won the Danish Superliga once, in 1994, and has also won the Danish Cup twice, in 1994 and 2001.
Silkeborg IF’s home stadium is JYSK Park, which has a capacity of 10,300. The club’s traditional kit colours are red and white.
