CHIPOLOPOLO SHIFT FOCUS TO CHAN

After a rigorous practice at the Escombe Sports Club in Durban, the Chipolopolo boys have reached the penultimate phase of their preparations for Algeria’s 2023 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against Mozambique.
Prior to Sunday’s first leg match against the Mozambican Mambas, Aljosa Asanovic and his men will travel from Durban to Maputo on Wednesday.
The 2022 Cosafa Cup champions have since forgotten about their success in the regional championship and are now concentrating on the back-to-back CHAN matches.
Zambia will be away to Mozambique on Sunday before hosting the mambas on July 30 in the reverse fixture. The winner of the tie final will take on Malawi in the final qualification round.
