BUFFALOES ON THE LOOSE!!

“Green Buffaloes FC are on the loose and they are trampling everything in sight.”
The above statement is what would perfectly describe Green Buffaloes FC and how they have been playing so far. Green Buffaloes FC before the current season began seemed to be a team heading nowhere after their embarrassing elimination from the CAF confederation cup and everyone wrote them off thinking they might have a poor season once the league begins but that hasn’t been the case.
GBFC since the beginning of the season have been in exception form which has seen them grab 8 wins, 3 draws, 1 loss and now seating comfortably at the top of the log. GBFC have clearly not dwelled on the humbling they received in continental football as they have marched to the top of the log trampling everyone along the path giant or not; beating teams like Zesco United at home and Nkana away in some fashion. Fans of the teams that have fallen victim to GBFC have had a lot to say; saying things like all they have are paper weight strikers and they made sub-standard singings in the transfer season while forgetting that the so-called paper weight strikers are causing papercuts to their favourite team as well as the so called sub-standard signings are the source of the heartaches they are getting each game week.
Not enough praise is given to Green Buffaloes FC for how they have turned a season in which they were initially written off to a season in which if they continue with their current form will be heading out into continental football once again only this time to exact revenge and it wouldn’t be naive to say win the league too.
Green Buffaloes FC faithful’s will be hoping for consistency to prolong their current jubilation and as lovers of the beautiful game will be hoping for more beautiful football in the coming game weeks of the MTN FAZ super league.
